So. I just had one of the most romantic, sweet, thoughtful and awkward nights of my life. Since finding a sitter for date night can be tough if we don’t plan well in advance, my husband decided for valentines day he would bring a night of live music to us. He found and hired a musician from craigslist to come and play some of our favorite songs for a couple hours. I have to admit I couldn’t stop laughing at first, but after a few songs, and a few glasses of wine, the awkwardness melted away. It was a night I will never forget. Cheers to my wonderful husband for thinking outside the heart-shaped box!
