Today I bring you my mom’s dining room. With just a single weekend and under $100 I was able to totally transform the space!

Before her dining room was dark and dated. The furniture was an old set, and lacked personality.

With paint, a table cloth, and some frames, she now has a bright and happy dining room! We used Behr Ultra with built in primer on the walls and china cabinet, love that stuff. (we sanded and thoroughly wash the cabinet before painting). The cabinet was dark and heavy in the small space, but now it feels bright and lighter in it’s new glossy white finish. The chairs were recovered using the bird pattern table cloth we picked up from Target. The room was finished off with a picture collage on the wall, bright white drapery, and done! She loves her new room!
