DIY Creative Jewelry Storage

When it came time to decorate our bathroom, I got stuck deciding what to do for artwork. I was also in the middle of figuring out where to store all my jewelry so it was easily accessible. Then it dawned on me. Why not make my jewelry the artwork? I found a couple old printer trays and a deer head at a thrift shop. I also picked up a couple wooden plaques from the local craft store. Using various wallpaper and craft paper scraps I lined the printer trays and covered the wooden plaques. I also used gold paint to line the edges of the plaques to give them a more finished look. Instead of hooks I chose to use gold nails to hang the jewelry. This gives me the flexibility to hang all kinds of necklaces, bracelets, watches, pins, and even rings. It’s a super easy and affordable diy project!
