Whether it be far or near, we love to travel. We love to remember our trips with something special, but buying souvenirs can be a bit pricey, and it takes time to find something that will actually look good in our place. So why not make something with a bit of the land you explored? I started making these jars using sand, stone, dirt, etc. from the places we have been. All you need are some empty jars (I used spaghetti sauce jars), twine, labels, stamps or makers, and items to fill the jars. They are little bottles of memories from out trip, and they look great on our shelves. Here is what I came up with:
